Important Information Regarding Live Streaming
How Our Live Streaming Works
We use a third-party service to ingest and distribute our live streams. This allows us to uplink the video service, have it processed and delivered to end users around the world using distributed global nodes, ensuring the video stream is served as close as possible to your physical location.
Potential Issues and Limitations
Live streaming is heavily reliant on the Mobile Broadband Network. Much like your mobile phone, the service can and may experience:
- Signal interruptions or complete loss of service
- Degraded video quality or buffering
- Temporary or extended dropouts
- Delays or synchronization issues
While we use multiple mobile network providers simultaneously to maximize reliability, network conditions are entirely beyond our control. Weather, location, network congestion, and other environmental factors can all impact stream quality or availability.
What to Expect During Issues
If the stream experiences problems during a service, we ask for your patience while we work to restore connectivity. However, please be aware that in some cases, restoration may not be possible until after the service has concluded.
Recorded Backup
To ensure you can still view the service, all services are professionally recorded. In the event of a major outage or significant degradation that makes live viewing impractical, the recorded content will be edited and uploaded within two hours of the service conclusion and made available online.
